Welcome to the Move More Live Better Educational Platform Series designed to inspire, motivate, and support you and your organization to move more throughout the workday and life! We all know on many levels moving our bodies more throughout the day is good for us but let’s face it life happens, and we put this on the back burner. Currently, American adults sit more now than they ever have. And it is not so much the sitting that is detrimental to our health, but it’s the lack of movement and exercise!
This 6-Part Series, initiated with a 30-minute educational overview, followed by 5, 10 – minute educational resource lessons will cover three areas: WHY it’s so important to keep our bodies moving, What movement is, and get you and your team to start thinking about HOW to collectively create the paradigm shift to moving more and sitting less; helping us to continually enhance the quality of our lives, mentally, physically, and emotionally!
